"Beautiful outside area/views/trees and plants. Definitely a place where you will want to spend most of your time outdoors! Appreciated this even more after seeing other properties where gardens were sparse. It felt very private (although there is a property next door - not sure whether this is in use). We spent a lot of time at the property and I found the outdoor chairs uncomfortable towards the end of the stay. Mid-may was cooler and much more windy than I expected."

"Wir hatten einen super Urlaub in einem netten Haus. Wohnfläche ca 55 m2. Das Haus war sehr sauber. DieTerrasse unter den Olivenbäumen ist der absolute Hit. Herrlicher Meerblick mit spektakulären Sonnenuntergängen. Der Vermieter war bei kleineren Problemen sofort zu erreichen und total freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist absolut zu empfehlen. Danke nochmals an den Vermieter."

"The hosts should consider a smoother check in and check out procedure. There was a general lack of effective communication. The layout was a bit unusual with one full bathroom next to the kitchen and not near either of the main bedrooms. We only found out about a third bedroom into our stay. The property also had several expense items that are unusual including having to rent and pay extra for linens and requiring a security deposit refundable by the host after an inspection on check out. "We had a wonderful stay. Everything was extremely well thought out and finished. The pool and gardens were lovely and the orange blossom was just starting to come out. Maurizio was also very attentive when we asked any questions. If only we could have stayed longer!"

"Vincenzo ist ein sehr hilfsbereiter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Das Haus ist wunderschön und so, wie beschrieben. Gigantischer Sonnenuntergang über dem Meer, den man von der Dachterrasse bewundern kann. 100 Meter bis zum Strand. Wir können das Haus sehr empfehlen."

"Wir haben im Juli zwei Wochen Urlaub in diesem Haus verbracht. Wir wurden ganz warm und herzlich empfangen, die Gastgeberin hatte uns sogar etwas zu Essen und zu Trinken in den Kühlschrank gestellt. Das Haus war blitzsauber und das Inventar, samt Küchenutensilien, komplett ausreichend für eine entspannte Zeit. Die Aussicht auf das Meer ist atemberaubend. "O atendimento da equipe foi muito bom. A área externa do hotel é muito bonita, mas deixou a desejar no quesito manutenção, conforto e limpeza. No nosso quarto havia teias de aranha nas janelas, o frigobar nao gelava, o cofre nao funcionava e o banheiro era extremamente mal projetado, apertado. A agua do banho alagava tudo. O bar da piscina nao estava funcionando. Nao fornecem toalhas para a piscina. Nao ficaria aqui novamente."
