"O hotel é muito velho e não passa por nenhuma reforma há muito tempo, isso não seria o problema se as manutenções e a limpeza fossem boas. O quarto cheirava muito mal, é um problema comum pro inverno porém existem maneiras de combater isso mas aparentemente o hotel não está preocupado, os banheiros são nojentos e não é possível se sentir confortável usando-os, fiquei apenas uma noite e fi check-out, para receber estorno das noites não utilizadas precisei do apoio do Hoteis.com"

"What breakfast??? They had a bar in the lobby where you could purchase breakfast items. You even had to pay almost $4 for a medium cup of coffee. Never been to a hotel that charged for coffee but I suppose that's the new norm."
