"This is a nice, older large house on the lake. It was a good location, right on the lake, and there were enough canoes and floats for the kids to use, with spare life jackets. Our only gripe was that the kitchen was not well-equipped. There were no pots and the pans, knives cookware was really old and unusable. So much so that we went to the local store and bought two pots and a frying pan for our use. One of the upstairs bedrooms did not have any side tables. Where do you put your water glass...

"The house is great with lots of room. The majority of the inside of the home was clean. The basement had dirt and bugs that needed to be cleaned prior to stay. The only uncomfortable bed was the upstairs queen bed. It creaked every time you moved. The outside needed maintenance. "The front desk staff was beyond amazing. I did not catch the names but I believe the lady was the general manager. I had my granddaughter with me and she came from behind and was singing nursery rhymes with her. The guy behind the desk joined in once they started doing baby shark. This was the best check-in I’ve ever experienced in my entire life. The hotel rooms were spotless, spacious, and very nice. We enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub. "
