This is a gem of a new apartment with a magnificent view and two beautiful terraces (lake view and tree-lined area). It can accommodate—with various arrangements—3 adults (2 in the bedroom and 1 on the sofa) or 2 adults in the bedroom plus 2 children on the sofa (a third child can also sleep in a crib upon request). A third single bed can also be comfortably added to the large bedroom, accommodating 3 adults in the room. It is part of a small residence consisting of three cottages, and there is a parking spot available in the private parking lot for a small additional fee, or you can easily park for free on the street.
You enter the house through a small patio/terrace, furnished with a beach umbrella, table, and seating area.
The living room features a table and chairs, a one-and-a-half-person sofa bed, a large TV with Chromecast, and a kitchenette equipped with utensils. A single bed is available upon request (for an additional fee). Beyond a small hallway is a large 25-square-meter bedroom with a balcony overlooking the lake, featuring a double bed, a desk for remote work, a TV with Chromecast, an armchair, and a coffee table. A crib or a children’s bed can be added upon request. There is
a comfortable bathroom with a shower stall complete with a marble seat and a laundry area.
It is located in a small, quiet residence just over a kilometer from the town and the lake.
Trevignano Romano is a wonderful little village full of life, with a market, music, festivals, a theater/movie theater, and even outdoor events in the summer. There’s a long lakeside promenade stretching about 2.5 km, perfect for strolling, with restaurants, bars, and music venues. There are fully equipped beaches where you can enjoy water sports, rent a bike, or go horseback riding.
La Perla di Trevignano is just the right distance from the hustle and bustle of the town center—perfect for those who prefer peace and quiet. But you’re not isolated—it’s in a pleasant three-family residence, perfect for relaxing, reading a book, listening to music with a drink and a meal, while also enjoying a magnificent view. There are no nearby shops. I recommend having a car since it’s uphill, but for those who like to walk or ride a bike, it’s ideal.(1,500 km from the town). Just a few meters from the Cotral bus stop, which takes you to the town center or to the stations in Bracciano and Anguillara Sabazia for trips to Rome and Viterbo. There is an on-demand car service available for short trips.
