"I booked this place knowing little other than it was close enough to Cardiff for us to stay after the Bruce Springsteen concert. It was very well appointed, with a well equipped kitchen / dining room, spacious wet room, large bedroom and lounge with a sofa bed. And a hot tub in the communal garden area! "The room, premises, staff, and facilities were amazing. Absolutely top notch! The restaurant food was really nice. The only slight negative was that the room was a little too warm with the temperature sensor set to the lowest setting. The spa was brilliant, we used the gym, sauna steamer and pool and all were clean and well looked after. It’s a hell yeah from us!!"

"The place is a regular house with few rooms turned into a lodge, which results in lack of drinking facilities in the rooms, lack of en-suite bathroom, lack of proper breakfast, etc. Breakfast is a toast with rather old ham and cheese and Activia. Some of the scones were there on the kitchen counter throughout our stay, which made us question the freshness of the products offered.
