Nestled in lush greenery, the estate also includes the owners’ home and two other independent cottages, while preserving everyone’s privacy thanks to private, fully enclosed gardens. A true haven where you can enjoy slowing down, sharing a meal on the terrace, listening to the song of the cicadas, or savoring long summer evenings under the Quercy sky. The Rocamadour cottage is named after one of the Lot’s most beautiful gems, inviting you to discover this authentic region full of character. Here you’ll find a warm and welcoming atmosphere, spacious accommodations, and all the comforts you need for a peaceful and rejuvenating stay. Located in Trespoux, just a few minutes from Cahors, the estate is ideally situated for exploring the department’s treasures. From the medieval streets of Cahors to the famous Valentré Bridge, gourmet markets, Malbec vineyards, historic villages, and the spectacular landscapes of the Lot Valley, there’s no shortage of things to discover. Nature lovers can also enjoy the many hiking trails, bike rides, canoe trips, or even a swim in the river. At the Rocamadour cottage, every stay is an invitation to savor the moment! A two-story cottage located on the “Les instants du Lot” estate, which includes two other cottages (one for 4 people and one for 5 people) and the owners’ home. Access to the estate is via a shared parking area. Private, enclosed garden (fenced): An area in front of the cottage and an area in the back with no direct view from neighboring properties. Ground Floor: Entrance into a living room with TV. A kitchen with dining area (laundry room with washing machine and separate toilet), one double bedroom (1 bed measuring 160x200). Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (two with a 160x200 bed and one dormitory with 4 90x190 beds), 2 bathrooms, and a separate toilet. All-inclusive package. Pets allowed (3 max—not permitted in the bedrooms). Only one pet per cottage (dogs must not be classified as Category 1 or 2).
