"The pictures are spot on. It is just as clean and well decorated as listed. The whole space has been updated. We had a group of 6 and fit comfortably. The kitchen is equipped with clean and new cookware perfect to make vacation style meals. It has a decent counter space to serve. The space is comfortable and is one of the cleanest rentals we have had. Nice little outdoor space. The owner is wonderful and knows history of the area if interested and great restaurant recommendations."

The house is located on a quiet street in a working-class neighborhood. While the safety rating wasn’t the highest, the neighbors were friendly and respectful. "The townhouse was very clean and felt cozy. There were bottled waters and snacks left which saved me for our first early morning of volleyball.The townhouse is closer to the entrance of the Spooky Nook Sports complex than 90% of the parking spaces in the parking lot. It was exactly a 3 minute walk from the townhouse to the front entrance. The owners were VERY prompt to respond to messages that I sent. I ended up with an injury just before my trip and was on crutches during this awful long...
