LIVING ROOM 1: 1 large sofa bed sleeps 2 people, Smart TV w/ Netflix, Premium cable and Amazon Prime Videos, gas fireplace that heats up the entire house

LIVING ROOM 2: one large sofa bed sleeps 2 people, Smart TV w/ Netflix and Amazon Prime Videos. Another sofa that can be use for sleeping

Sleeping Configuration:
2 bedrooms with Queen size beds. Living rooms with 2 sofa beds and one sofa

KITCHEN: Fully equipped w/ cooking basics, microwave, stove/oven, drip coffee maker, rice cooker, large fridge

DINNING: dining table with 6 chairs

GENERAL: Free Wi-Fi, towels & linens, cleaning essentials, high-speed internet, WFH friendly.

Guests are responsible for bringing their own beach towels, food and beverages

PARKING: Driveway (Up to 5 vehicles)

OUTDOOR LIVING: Outdoor dining set, 2 kayaks, boat slips. No diving off the dock

Outdoor fire pits. (Firewood Provided)

Note: Motorized boats are not included (fish & ski boat and jet skis)

Other details:- We don't charge cleaning fee, all we ask is how we give you the house is how you give it back to us (clean, tidy, no re-arranging furnitures).
- No smoking inside the house
- If you are cooking with strong aroma, please use the outside grill
