This is a real lake house in the historic village of Campo, in Lenno (Tremezzina): the position that many seek on the Lake Center and few find. In the morning you open the shutters and you have water and mountains in front of you; you leave the house and in a few steps you are on the lakefront, at the boat landing or on the Greenway of Lake Como, the pedestrian path that connects the most beautiful villages. Here you can almost leave your car standing: restaurants, bars and lake are all within walking distance.
🏡 The house is on two levels connected by an internal staircase. On the entrance floor there is a bright living area : living-dining room with TV, dining table and furniture with an authentic character, with light coming in through the large windows. The small kitchen is equipped to be completely independent - induction hob, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle and toaster - convenient both for a quiet breakfast and for dinner after a day on the lake.
🌿 From the living area you go out onto the patio , with outdoor table and chairs: the right place for morning coffee in the sun, an aperitif or an outdoor dinner.
🛏️ Upstairs are the two double bedrooms , with wrought-iron beds, white linens and parquet floors. One room opens to a balcony with direct lake and mountain views . The house comfortably accommodates up to 4 people : perfect for two couples traveling together or for a family.

The space

🛋️ Living area (entrance floor). Bright living-dining room with TV, dining table and vintage-style seating. From here, the internal staircase leads to the bedrooms and leads directly to the patio.
🍳 Kitchen. Compact and complete: induction hob, microwave, refrigerator, capsule coffee machine, kettle and toaster. Crockery, cutlery and glasses included.
🛏️ Rooms (upper floor). Two double bedrooms with wrought-iron beds, parquet, clothes hangers and large windows. One room offers a lake view from the balcony; the other overlooks the quiet interior courtyard.
🚿 Bathroom. A bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and bidet. Towels and linen included.
🌿 Exteriors. Patio with table and chairs for breakfasts in the sun and outdoor dining.
