Start your day in this lovely vacation home with a refreshing swim in the sea, followed by a cup of coffee on the large terrace with panoramic views. The house is located 50 meters from the beach and impresses with sea views from all rooms. In the outbuilding there is a bedroom for two people, as well as a toilet, shower and sauna.



Along the coast there are miles of sandy beaches and undeveloped nature reserves, which invite you to go hiking, jogging and cycling. The coast is popular with anglers and birdwatchers. A fishing license is not required. In the small cozy fishing village with charming cottage environment you can also buy fish directly from the fishing boats.

For golfers, Trelleborg golf course is only 1 km away. In Skanør and Falsterbo you can find many other golf courses.



The house is furnished for 8 persons. Here you will find all the amenities, such as oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, grill, washing machine and dryer. There is also a smart TV with many channels and super fast internet.



The house is 4 km from Trelleborg, with its many restaurants and shopping. In and around Trelleborg you can see traces of the 1000-year history of the region with dolmens and Viking castle.



From Trelleborg there are ferry connections to Germany, Poland, Lithuania and Estonia. By car you need 3 minutes to Trelleborg, 8 minutes to Höllvigen / Skanör, 20 minutes to Malmö. From Malmö there is a fast train to Copenhagen every 20 minutes or you can drive to Copenhagen in 40 minutes.
