Stone House in the Countryside

A country house located on the family property, about 10 km from Périgueux. Close to all shops and amenities, you’ll enjoy a peaceful setting surrounded by greenery. You’ll be staying in our family home, a stone house that has been recently restored with modern touches. It’s attached to another unoccupied house. On the first floor, you’ll enjoy a large 60 m² living area featuring a fully equipped kitchen (2-burner gas stove, washing machine, oven, microwave) that opens onto the living room—which features a TV, wood-burning stove, and dining area—as well as a bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink, and toilet. Upstairs, you’ll find two attic bedrooms with a slightly low entrance at 1.30 m above the floor. The first bedroom has a 140x190 bed; the second bedroom has a 140x190 bed and two 90x190 beds. You’ll enjoy the 30 m² terrace with a barbecue and the private pool.
