Nestled in a quiet neighbourhood of Treffiagat, this furnished house is ideal for a relaxing stay in south Finistère. Located just 1.5 km from the beach, it can comfortably accommodate up to 6 travellers. You will be charmed by its beautiful outdoor space with a large enclosed garden, perfect for peaceful moments, as well as a fitted terrace for your outdoor meals. Under the pergola, you will be cool to enjoy the Jacuzzi (whose temperature is adjustable): Perfect for you to relax after a day at the beach!



Inside, discover a beautiful living space with access to the terrace and pergola. The kitchen, open and modern (refrigerator, freezer, gas hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher), will allow you to prepare your meals as at home. For breakfast, you will also have a kettle, a toaster as well as two coffee makers (one filter and one Nespresso). You can share your meals around the dining table, then relax in the evening in the lounge area, comfortably seated on the sofa facing the television.



The accommodation has 3 bedrooms on the upper floor:

Bedroom 1 (ground floor): a double bed (140x200 cm), a television, a wardrobe and a distant sea view.

Bedroom 2: a double bed (140x200 cm), a television and a distant sea view.

Bedroom 3: a double bed (140x200 cm) and a wardrobe.



Two bathrooms with toilets complete the accommodation: the one downstairs has a shower and the one upstairs has a bathtub.



A washer-dryer is also at your disposal.



You will have a private parking space to park.
