Entering the raised ground floor you will find a very large living room with fireplace and comfortable sofa. Tables to eat all together, well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, First bedroom with private bathroom which can also be used as a shared bathroom being just outside the bedroom.
Going down the stairs you reach the second living room with sofa bed, another service bathroom and washing machine. On the parking level you will find two independent studio apartments each with double bed, kitchen, dining table, TV, bathroom (shower, sink, toilet and bidet)
Going up to the first floor there are 4 bedrooms, two of which are mezzanines and four internal bathrooms.
For a total capacity of 20 people in the whole villa.


You can go for a walk in the characteristic town of Tredozio where you can also shop at the supermarket or go to the municipal swimming pool.
You can make excursions to cities such as Faenza, Ravenna, Rimini, Riccione and Milano Marittima or to Florence, the capital of art and the Renaissance.

Small or medium-sized dogs are accepted as long as they are polite.

Ground floor: living room, dining room, kitchen, double bedroom.

1st floor: 2 double bedrooms and 2 quadruple loft bedrooms each with ensuite bathroom (shower, sink, toilet with shower) and double TV

Parking level: Second living room with sofa bed, bathroom with sink, toilet and bidet, washing machine all connected with internal stairs of the villa. Two independent studio apartments access from outside.

Outside: Large garden, garden furniture, BBQ, parking for 7 cars, above ground swimming pool (mounted only in summer from more or less june 1st to September 15th).
