This is a bright and spacious modern recent house of 146m2, in a quiet area located in the lower part of Trébeurden close to the beaches (200M), shops (100M) and water and night activities.
For hikers, the emblematic site of the Côtes d'Armor, the Pink Granite Coast stretches approximately from Trébeurden to Paimpol. While winding through the "chaos" and following the Sentier des Douaniers and the GR34, you will discover one of the most magnificent landscapes in Brittany, modelled by majestic pink granite rocks of all shapes.

You will enjoy the enclosed garden away from prying eyes, you will put your suitcases down when you arrive because the sheets are provided free of charge and the beds will be made.
