Villa Nero is our private one-bedroom oceanfront villa, part of the ONLY Villas Collection — a curated blend of boutique-hotel service and private barefoot luxury above a secluded sandy beach.

Designed primarily as an adults-oriented escape focused on peaceful, elevated, culinary-driven experiences.

The villa is intentionally private and self-contained, designed to offer a sense of freedom and ease throughout your stay. With no shared spaces (except the gated entrance and the beach access), the setting allows guests to fully settle in and enjoy the space on their own terms.

Indoor areas flow naturally outdoors, creating an open environment where unhurried days and nights unfold without constraint.

There is one air-conditioned bedroom, with a huge en-suite bathroom featuring 2 rain showers, hotel-grade linens, soft waffle robes, spa body wraps and twin outdoor soaker tubs. The open air living space includes a kitchenette and has magnificent views of the Caribbean Sea.

Outdoor features include cliffside soaking tubs, spacious verandah with stunning ocean views, and a private path and steps lead down to the beach below.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire villa and its amenities. The atmosphere is relaxed and permissive — designed for privacy, comfort, and the freedom to enjoy the space as you wish.

To ensure a relaxed yet attentive stay, our chef, caretaker and villa hostess/housekeeper are present daily for housekeeping, groundskeeping, and meal preparation during scheduled service windows:
8:30 AM – 11:00 AM and 5:00 PM – 7:30 PM, allowing you to enjoy thoughtful service while maintaining privacy.

Jeremy – Villa Chef
A Treasure Beach native, Jeremy prepares chef-created meals using fresh, local ingredients, drawing from both Jamaican and international influences. His approach to dining is relaxed and personal, offering guests the option to enjoy thoughtfully prepared meals without formality or intrusion.

Please note: meals are freshly prepared in Villa Blancas outdoor kitchen and delivered to Villa Nero guests during service hours of 8:30 AM–11:00 AM and 5:00 PM–7:30 PM, Monday through Saturday.

Shan – Villa Hostess & Housekeeping
Shan oversees daily care of the villa, ensuring the space is maintained with quiet attention to detail. She is available to assist with housekeeping, service requests, or light coordination throughout the stay, helping everything run smoothly and effortlessly.
