The cabin is exactly as described, extremely clean and spacious with a wonderful outdoor layout. What is different about this property is the way it makes you feel. "Our stay from July 6-11 while our son was playing baseball at Cooperstown All Star Village was perfect. The location is somewhat in the middle between Cooperstown and Oneonta, which works well if you’re going to both cities. It was a scenic 18-minute drive from the Lakeside cottage to the All Star fields by Oneonta (I think it’s even closer to the other baseball complex by Cooperstown).The rustic cottage was perfect for our needs and was comfortable, clean, quiet and relaxing. "The cabin is very comfortable! We didn't realize that the main bed didn't have a view of outside but we really needed to sleep a lot anyway. "

"Absolutely loved staying at this property while our son played baseball at All-Star Village. Yes, it's a 22-25 minute drive to the fields, but honestly it really wasn't a hassle whatsoever for us. We loved being out in the country and sitting out back in the morning and listening to the sounds of the birds and the stream. Also loved taking walks out back down to the small pond. Cell service around the home is spotty, but they have excellent Wi-Fi and we never had any issues with getting calls...

"For a large family and two dogs in a love with the water this was a perfect location for us. The property was well cared for. Any issues the property manager was easily available.
