A few issues that really should not have existed. Clearly owned by private equity who don’t care.1. The water reeks of sulphur. This suggests there is bacteria in the well that needs to be shocked that it is off gassing into the water. We had to buy lots of gallons of water to cook and drink.2. The ACs are mini splits. 3 of the 5 are hooked up together and broke on day 2. The company was very quick to send someone out but they just abandoned fixing it. They said they would do it after we left. This makes little sense to me We called and asked for some compensation… crickets.3. The batteries in the keypad died while we were at dinner. We were able to call and get some help but my home keypad tells me weeks before it goes dead - this means ongoing maintenance is being deferred.4. The grill is propane. It was so covered in grease that it set itself on fire. If someone had been a little dumber, had the grill closer to the house, this place would have burned down. New grill is needed.6. The bathrooms were adequate (minus the smell)… the TINY bottles of shampoo were inadequate for the number of people and beds (11 people, 7 days, 3 1in bottles)7. The bottom bunks are full sized. The top bunks we couldn’t use because the ceiling was too low.8. Be aware that there is a road between house and water that is well traveled… no fence, so be careful with spirited animals and kids.9. We liked the firepit, hot tub, beds, washer/dryer, ease of getting in and out.
