THE SPACE:
This inviting two-story residence is complete with a spacious full basement. The upper level features two cozy bedrooms, a well-appointed bathroom, and a charming mini-living area, all complemented by a delightful outdoor birds-nest deck offering serene wooded views.

On the main level, you’ll discover a generously sized kitchen and living area, a well-equipped bathroom, a coffee bar, and an impressive, sprawling deck perfect for gatherings. Notably, the kitchen boasts a unique feature—the entire oven doubles as an air fryer!

In the basement, you’ll find laundry facilities, an additional bedroom, and a high-definition projector ready to transform your movie nights into cinematic experiences, complete with a popcorn corner for that authentic theater feel.

Outside, a grand fire pit awaits, surrounded by comfortable seating for you to relax and enjoy the warmth of a crackling fire.

We've recently installed a Level 2 charging station with a J1772 plug, making it easy and convenient for guests with electric vehicles to recharge during their stay!

Nestled just 15 min from the heart of Traverse City and situated right on the outskirts of Acme, the Holiday Hills neighborhood is directly across from the eastern shoreline of Grand Traverse Bay. This is the perfect location for those looking for the ease and convenience of being close to downtown while also looking to enjoy outdoor recreation.

If you’re planning a winter stay, bear in mind that Northern Michigan is Old Man Winter’s homeland. Roads can get slippery and may go unplowed, and events could be rescheduled or canceled. We strongly recommend arriving with a well-prepared vehicle equipped with all-wheel drive or snow tires.

If you have babies coming to stay let us know ahead of time and we will have pack n’ plays, baby gates, sound machine, and high chairs ready!

We require that you bring a well-prepared vehicle with all-wheel/4-wheel drive or snow tires to this rental in the winter months.
