On the bottom level is a sofa with a TV in front of a fireplace, 1 queen bed and 3 twin size beds, a vanity with sink, mirror, and outlets, and sliding glass doors leading out to the yard and lake access. Breathtaking lake views from almost every room in the house. Patio furniture, grill, and picnic table provided.

This property comes with access to the lake and shared use of the covered pavilion on the lakefront. Spacious shoreline seawall lined with lounge chairs. Beautiful swimming area. Just a short walk down, about 500 feet from the house to the water. At the water you have 2 docks with a pontoon boat that is available for rent daily/weekly. Clean shallow swimming off the end of the dock. Boat up to Leland and the town of Lake Leelanau for dinner and shopping. Day trips to Sleeping Bear Dunes and Mackinaw Island are popular. Many wineries in the area along with fantastic restaurants. Leelanau Sands Casino is just 15 miles north. Leelanau Club golf and within 5 minutes and Kings Challenge is 15 minutes.
