"We were very pleased and happy with the home. There were kyacks and a canoe that we used almost everyday. The grandchildren swam and played in the lake. The road up to the home was 1.9 miles and our daughter ran on it everyday for a total of four miles a day. Quite the workout! "Such a beautiful cozy cabin! It is nestled in a community but feels very private and secluded. Home is beautiful and is sooo clean and well appointed. Everything to do is 15 minutes away and the drive anywhere is absolutely beautiful. I stayed here for 9’days to work while our son attended camp. Wifi was strong! Loved it so much we booked the neighboring cabin for next summer. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. In fact, we tried to book another stay this month, but the property wasn't available. This is one of our favorite places we've ever stayed. It's secluded enough to be private and quiet, but still convenient to surrounding towns. We loved walking around the neighborhood in the evening. "My family had a great time here...me and my 7 year old played for hours in the creek on the rocks. There isn't much to do around town since there is still a lot of damage from Helene, we did go to Chimney Rock one day however it takes almost an hour because of detours. Also if your going to fish there isn't anywhere to fish again because of damage in surrounding areas.
