We warmly welcome you.   Our house "Seute Deern" was built in 1912 in the style of resort architecture and modernized for the first time in 1994/95. 2017 we have the house completely renovated and modernized. So the Zeitgeist modern apartments of various sizes built on 340 square meters accordingly. The house is near to the center of the seaside resort of Trassenheide on a 1600 sqm plot. The house has a car park, a small children's playground, a massive grill and smokehouse, and ample seating and lounge area belongs in the countryside. In the annexe is available a washing machine, a dryer and an ironing board for you. Our broad, sandy beach of the Baltic Sea is in 15 to 20 minute walk through the forest. Let us help you out with a small handcart to facilitate the short walk to the beach (1200 m). The supermarket with a bakery and butcher can be reached in two minutes. In 4 * Hotel opposite you (fee-based) use the beautiful spa. Nearby are two equestrian centers and the Amber Spa (Zinnowitz). In the seaside resort Trassenheide are among other things a rehabilitation clinic, a number of good restaurants, the children's area, the largest butterfly farm in Germany, the "upside down house" and the wildlife exhibit. Our island offers the landscape, bike paths, museums, cultural and folk art what you want everything in your soul and an active and relaxing holiday.
