Apartment B - Ferienhaus Wellenbrecher

In the lower area are living and dining room with satellite TV and a well equipped open kitchen with stove and oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment and a dishwasher. The bathroom, which is also on the lower floor, is equipped with a level shower. The floor is tiled and the house has a floor heating in the lower as well as the upper floor. The upper floor can accommodate 2 spacious bedrooms with a double bed and one with two single beds. You have the possibility to relax on the beautiful terrace, to grill (grill is available) or to make cozy hours with the family or with friends. The large garden invites you to play and relax.

For an additional fee, you can use an infrared sauna. There is a bike rack on the property.  Baby bed and high chair on request. Fee. A child safety / stair guard above the stairs is available.

The arrival is possible from Monday to Friday from 18 clock. At the weekend the arrival is possible from 15 o'clock.

The house was built 2016 to 2017. It is divided into 2 equal apartments, these are distributed on 2 levels.
For an additional fee, an infrared sauna can be used.   Our holiday house is located in a very nice holiday home. It is surrounded by a large garden which invites you to play, relax and have fun. The wide beach can be reached quickly on foot or by bike, it is about 900 meters away. Karlshagen is one of the most unspoiled seaside resorts on the island of Usedom. It offers many entertainment possibilities, Such as the annual beach volleyball tournament, the harbor festival, events in the concert shell or even the large island fireworks on the 03rd. October.   If you do not want to explore the beautiful places of the island by car, you can reach them by bicycle or train. The island has an extensive network of cycle paths. For example, you can visit the butterfly farm (Trassenheide) or Peenemünde with the submarine or the Phänomenta.
