"Really comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood! All of the beds are comfortable, the laundry was convenient and the grounds are lovely. The managers have been easy to work with. We'll be back!"

"We had grandparents (75yr), parents (50yr), young adults and teenagers (17-21) and a dog. Everyone had something to do and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We did canoeing, swimming, boarding, fishing, crabbing, biking, sunbathing, we had S’mores, watched marvelous sunset, played card games. The dog had the most fun by chasing squirrels and rolling in the mud. He did not get to do this at home. My parents came to visit me from Bejing China. "We spent a week at this house. It was clean and professionally managed. We were impressed by all the little touches -- firewood and fire-starters in the garage, "S'mores Kit" in the kitchen, crab traps baited and set, propane steamer set up and ready, etc. They really fool-proofed the crabbing setup. "The house is welcoming, with several different seating areas inside and out. We particularly enjoyed the screened in porch and the chairs by the water. Kitchen is very well equipped. The property is about a mile and a half walk to St. Michael’s. The management company is quite responsive. "

"Photos are accurate and it was great to have a dock to go out on. It was very peaceful. Unfortunately, we didn’t catch any fish or crabs in late August. House has a comfortable layout. Lots of outdoor games for kids. Communication with the host was easy and timely. Close to Cambridge lighthouse, RAR brewery, and blackwater nature reserve. NOTE: If you plan on cooking with your group, I’d recommend bringing some basics, knives and serving bowls. The kitchen did have good pans, pots and lids. "

"I only had a slightly wider view of the water from a kayak- the panoramic view from the deck was peaceful and beautiful from first light to sunset (though the night coasts were relaxing as well). Inside was clean and had nice decorative touches. We had all we needed to cook in when we did. Easy to walk or ride around and an easy drive to surrounding attractions.We'll be back!"

"I booked this house for the property, the backyard, the dock, and it didn't disappoint. It's also about 20 mins from the main town (Cambridge) which was exactly what we wanted - a break from crowds and the bustle. We had such a relaxing few days just reading, fishing from the dock, and kayaking. We were four people, but this would easily fit two families. A wonderful stay overall."
