"Hair in eggs on breakfast and the worst thing is that the staff was checking the availability and didn’t care at all.
The bathroom cabin leaks a lot after an average shower.
The spa is so-so and the changing rooms are bad. It’s outdated as everything.
Summary: I have no idea why there’s so high rating."

"Zimmer super sauber, Essen vielfältig und gut , Personal sehr freundlich
Da die Therme mit angeboten wird, sollte das Hotel auch einwenig Verantwortung übernehmen. Zuwenig Liegen , die man selber vom Aussenbereich nach Innen tragen musste und umgekehrt, im Becken wir Ball gespielt,also nicht viel Ruhe . Schade , das Hotel ist wirklich super !"

"Ein sehr gut geführtes Thermenresort mit aufmerksamen Serviceangestellten. Großzügig und geschmackvoll gestaltete Zimmer, deren Sauberkeit ständig gewährleistet wird. Ein vielfältiges Speisenangebot sowohl bei Frühstück als auch beim Abendessen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen bestimmt wieder."

"All is great, beautiful views over looking the lake, except room upkeep needs abit of attention , for example tea and coffee supplies were not replenished and the cleaning wasn't thorough. Other than that all was great."
