"Great location, no more than 15 mins walk from the station, just 5 into the historic centre. I was advised I'd be staying in an annexe over the road, often being put in a separate building means a run down place for budget visitors but I was amazed!! This was like a suite with giant comfortable bedroom and attached bathroom & kitchenette looking out onto a garden. The front desk staff staff were so helpful with directions & it was like having my own apartment for the stay. It was out of season...

"Modernes Zimmer 213 mit bequemen Bett und großer Terasse. Die Duschtüre aus Glas schloss nicht dicht so dass der Boden im Bad vom Duschen nass wurde. Im Zimmer Staubflankerln. Auf der Terasse 3 Vogelnester. Terassenboden schmutzig. Frühstück bescheiden. Nicht alle Tischd gedeckt. Zu wenig Kaffetassen. Brot alt. Check out war besonders mühsam"

"Misleading advertisement that showed there was a desk in the room (we reserved 4 rooms). We were on a business trip and the three most expensive rooms we booked - which was pictured with a desk - did not have one. No toiletries provided except for soap. And no room cleaning - apparently you had to request it. Reception lady was so unfriendly and cold."

"Az apartmanra ráférne egy felújítás. A nappali kanapéja foltos volt, a fürdőben nem égett a mosdó feletti lámpa. A víz kifolyt a zuhanynál, áztatta a mosdószekrényt. És nagyon hideg is volt, fűteni nem tudtunk. A klíma hangos és koszos, kellemetlen szagú volt...meleg nem jött belőle. Ezektől eltekintve a szobák tágasak voltak."

"V popise hotela sa uvadza, ze na izbach je kuchynka. Treba vsak upozornit, ze kuchynka je nefunkcna, nie je zariadena, jedlo sa neda ani prihriat, ani varit, 2 platnicka je odstavena a nie je mozne ju pouzit."
