"Our stay was fantastic. The rooms were clean, the views were lovely as well. Staff was friendly and helpful with the minor hiccups we encountered. Check in and out was seamless and easy. The breakfast basket was delicious, well stocked and different on both mornings. The building is quiet and main rooms face the lake. Waking up to the sun rising & sparkling off the lake was beautiful."

"We never spent a single night here We arrived the night of Aug 2 for a six night stay and left within the hour. The building was unlit, and there were large spiders around the entrance and the key fob panel. Inside the apartment there were spiders in every room. My husband tried clearing them with a vacuum and we kept finding more. When we opened the balcony door, it was far worse than anything inside. "A really great stay at this lovely resort. Buffet food options were extremely accommodating to someone with gluten and dairy intolerance. Excellent food, and lots of healthy choices. The room was spacious with lovely walk in shower, super comfortable bed and soft bed linens. TV does not have English channels. The thermal pools are inside and out of varying temperatures and varying water features for massage. The outdoor swimming pool was empty and out of use which was disappointing so swimming was not possible. The location is set in a forest and peaceful, but there were quite a lot of children staying so outside thermal pools were very noisy. "
