16 The Willows is a beautiful town house situated in one of the nicest areas in Tralee. Nestled under the watchful eye of the Stacks Mountains on the south side of Tralee Town.
The house is situated in a tidy little cul de sac of only 16 houses. To the front there is a well maintained central green area with mature trees including an ancient Weeping Willow tree which lends its name to the development.
No 16 is a corner house and has off street parking for 2 cars directly out front. Having been extensively renovated in 2017 it has been freshly painted throughout and now has tiled floors downstairs. There is electric heating throughout and also a wood burning stove in the living room. The kitchen is brand new and is fitted with a Kettle, Toaster, Microwave, coffee machine, Dishwasher, washing machine and fridge freezer.

Tralee Willows is situated on the southern side of the town of Tralee which is also one of the most scenic and least built up. We are only a short walk from Tralee Library 1 mins, Castle street 3mins, The Mall 4 mins.
Tralee Train and Bus station is only a short 6min walk away. The stunning Tralee town park with its famous Rose garden and large children's playground is only 4 mins walk away as is the excellent 4 star Rose hotel. The town park also offers a wonderful array of walking and running paths through the trees and plays host to many family shows during the summer months. The renowned Aquadome water park and Tralee Wet lands are only 2 mins away by car. The beautiful Village of Blennerville with its restored Windmill is only 2k away. There is also a beautiful walk along the banks of the canal from tralee to the lock gates a short distance away.
The house sits just off the N86 which is on the Wild Atlantic way and leads you to places such as Castlegregory, Maherees, Inch beach, Dingle and the Blasket islands to name a few. We are also just 33km from the world famous town of Killarney with its beautiful lakes and breathtaking national Park.
