"This is a beautiful house right on the River. It is very spacious and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is not small! We were able to stop in here during our rafting trip for a lovely air conditioned lunch break when it was 100 degrees outside. Everything was great for us!"

"It was kind of a challenge to get there with GPS. Ultimately had to call Cody.This place has a lot of potential. Beautiful location. Great list of amenities. We just had a string of bad luck during our visit. -Hot tub is awesome. Nice addition of the outdoor tv -Propane table would be great if it had propane. The tank in the table was empty. There was a spare by the swing but it only had enough to run the table on low for 30 minutes. -Nature decided we were not going to have the option of using...

"Quaint set of cottages in the middle of the Oregon woods approx 30-45 min from Crater Lake National Park. If you're looking for somewhere to stay that will remind you (in all the good ways) of how we vacationed in the 50's, this is it. They're clean and have A/C, but just don't go looking for cell or WiFi service!"

"Aptly named - comfy and cozy. Really enjoyed the backyard, eating takeout on a warm summer evening with a light breeze (and surprisingly no bugs!). Less than 5 minutes drive to a main business complex with Walmart, Safeway, and several fast food, take out, and regular restaurants. Costco is only 10 minutes away. The only slight downside was that I had to unload the dishes/silverware/cups from the dishwasher (from previous tenant?). I would rent again if coming to Medford again."

We booked this for a short stop over on our way up I5 but it’s such a nice cottage and there appears to so many fun things to explore in the area, I’d like to come back and spend more time here. There was a little trouble getting access since we never received the email with the door code but management responded quickly to my message so it really wasn’t an issue."
