"From the warmest of greeting when we arrived until checkout we were made to feel really welcome at this hotel. We loved its uniqueness and the afternoon tea/coffee and cake was a delightful touch. Breakfast with fresh waffles was excellent. The staff are very friendly and helpful - they are wonderful. "
"Fantastic stay - and would stay again without hesitation. The staff were the highlight - going over and above for every part of the stay. The breakfast was also outstanding - a fantastic selection, healthy, fresh and delicious. It's worth mentioning the bar was great and dinner was equally fantastic and one of the best meals we ate in Gothenburg. The hĂŽtel itself is excellently located in the city for restaurants and shops, easy to travel from by bus or tram, and 30 seconds walk from the airport...

"Room is nice, looks good. Lobby beautiful. Breakfast is very good but you have to book a slot cuz it's very crowded. Our room was facing a wall and they didn't really aloud changes so don't count on views, u could get unlucky. You must pay to use sauna and pool. Restaurant upstairs is nice but costs a fortune. "
"The hotel is new, clean and the common areas are nice and modern. However, the room is not good. There is no table to use a laptop, there is no chair, there is no closet to keep my clothes. The iron was not visible. Scandic has done unaceptable cost savings in this hotel. I would never use it again. I had tremendous difficult to use my laptop and read emails."
