"Quiet and clean little place with an eco-modern vibe. Right on a busy little marina nestled in a tiny bay, so it’s rather noisy outside way before daylight- however nice little white noise machine is provided in rooms. Watching the fishmen and whale watchers enter and exit the bay from the private patios is quite relaxing. "
"My family of 3 stayed in a spacious 2nd floor room with lofted ceilings and view of ocean. Beds were very comfortable, breakfast was good with many options, and you can walk to town. We enjoyed the private beach especially at low tide, and just up the road there is path to rocks where you can watch whales and the sun set over the Pacific. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Depoe Bay!"
"Definitely an older smaller property. Room was quite large and incredibly affordable. Furniture was comfortable and clean. Floors were dirty for sure. Affordable, close to shopping, beaches, ocean view from front rooms, close to amazing food. Could use some upgrades and care"
"For my wife and I, it was a great value and location. Every room has ocean view, and it is extremely pet friendly. It is NOT fancy; rooms are comfortable, and grounds are a bit unkept. Nevertheless, you are in a central location to head out the coast. The hotel does not have a restaurant. I summary, it as a great no frills place that is an excellent value."
"It's an acceptable room to stay in if you need some rest after driving Highway 101 all day. It's not fancy at all, but it works. My room was very spacious, but there wasn't a lot of furniture, and they have the TV situated way too far away from the bed (like 25 feet). You'll have plenty of space to do some square dancing if you want, but you'll have to squint to see the TV. Hardwood floors instead of carpet. A lot of roadside inns are going that way these days, but I don't particularly like...

"We had a good stay here. It’s on the river not a beach. Mo’s is next door and has great clam chowder. It’s a very dog friendly place to stay, I think 80% of people there brought dogs. It’s a nice little walk down to the sand. The breakfast was included and included waffles, bagels, cereal, yogurt, fruit etc. typical hotel free breakfast, but it did save time. "
"We had a lovely experience. The hosts were attentive and welcoming, the other guests were interesting and personable, the bed was comfortable, and the eggs benedict was delicious.

"We love this property anytime we come to the beach. It’s so family friendly with separate bedrooms, the game room, fire pits and mini golf, not to mention the food is amazing. We always make new friends out by the fire out and just love the vibes here."
"The Excellent:
Parking was ample, the office staff was excellent, place was clean, pool was large and indoor and warm. View from our room was AMAZING! PRIVATE beach that wasn't crowded and only accessible to those staying at the condos.
The Good:
The front room area and bedroom areas where larger than expected and well designed. Kitchen was stocked with almost anything you might need to make a meal. Full sized appliances were great (except dishwasher).

"There are some minor repairs that could be made in our room. However, we had a very comfortable stay here and the view from the room was magnificent. It was nice to have a well-stocked kitchen to use. Front office staff were very pleasant and helpful. We would definitely stay here again if we're ever in the area.

Ocean house has clearly made an effort to cater to every detail, providing for a very comfortable stay.
