We want every guest to have a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Please help us care for our Little Piece of Heaven by following these simple rules:

🚭 NO SMOKING OR VAPING
Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home. Please dispose of any smoking materials properly when outdoors. Evidence of smoking inside may result in an additional cleaning fee.

🐾 NO PETS
Pets are not permitted at this property. Please help us keep the home clean and comfortable for all future guests.

👥 MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: 4 GUESTS
Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight at the property.

🔥 FIREPIT & GRILL
Never leave the firepit or grill unattended. Fires must be completely extinguished after use and before leaving the property. Firewood and charcoal are not provided.

Please be respectful of our neighbors and resort community. No parties, events, excessive noise or disruptive behavior.

🏡 CARE FOR THE HOME
Please treat A Little Piece of Heaven as you would your own home. Report any accidental damage or maintenance concerns as soon as possible so we can assist.

When leaving, please close and lock all doors and windows and make sure the property is secure.

🗑️ BEFORE CHECKOUT
Please place trash in the designated area, wash or load used dishes into the dishwasher, turn off lights and appliances, and make sure the grill and firepit are completely extinguished.
