"Everything was perfect. We worked with the owner of the property through VRBO and it was very easy to communicate, ask questions and get answers. We visited twice prior to our reservation date to get a feel for who would sleep where of the 40 folks on our list of invitees. The owner was always very accommodating. "Perfect cottage for us to stay in across from the family home. "

"Perfect home for a family gathering. The dock was excellent with plenty of water toys; pool table was a hit along with the variety of indoor games; the screened in porch was awesome and so important to keeping out flying critters."
