"This was the worst hotel experience of my life. i booked the room through expedia and upon check in i was given the wrong room. i got a room with one queen, non smoking. they put me in a room with two twin beds. when i asked for my room to be corrected they put me in a smoking room. the room was also filthy, the bathroom clearly hadn’t been cleaned. there was pee all over the toilet seat and the toilet paper was obviously never changed. i have asthma and cannot stay in a room that’s been smoked...

"Hotel is fairly new so everything is very clean and in good condition. It is in an excellent location with restaurants, coffee shops, and bars. All surrounding a pond with walking trail and play area for kids. Only complaint was breakfast. By 8:30 they were out of everything and slow filling it back up. Nice stay otherwise."

"Check in was supposed to start at 3. I showed up at 4 and was told my room wasn’t ready and asked if I could come back in a few hours. Hours?! I explained I had a work function to be at at 5 and needed to change and get ready. Front desk was nice but says they only have two house keepers and she doesn’t want to “piss them off”. Literally no other assistance. I waited almost an hour and had to let my work know I was going to be late. I didn’t get a room key until 5:10. Other issue I had was when...
