"Mould on our ceiling. TV difficult/slow to operate. No opening window in our room-however did get the sorted. Really needs a couple of handles on the sash window to get it to slide up."

"I booked disabled unit and it was perfect for my requirements. The shower didn’t drain properly but staff fixed problem straight away and replaced towels which we had used to dry floor around shower base. A very nice warm and well appointed unit."

Super nice hosts, easy walk to the historic part of town, good wifi/tv, large, comfortable bed, wonderfully dark and quiet at night, easy parking. Gorgeous communal space - would be super if travelling or meeting with a group."

"Well appointed room and lovely welcome from owners on arrival. Really good views of Russell township and the water / boats. Only thing I would say, bring some strong legs if you plan on walking - the driveway is STEEP hahaaaa. Had a very pleasant stay (5 nights)."

"Beautiful spot by the river with river walk and kayaks for hire - we stayed in pet friendly cabin with bunks for 5, fridge and good supply of crockery but lots of other camping options including lovely glam tents with private balconies overlooking the river - cool communal dining area with pizza oven and trays of pizza making - staff very helpful and allowed early check-in"

I was going through a rough time, checked out early, and accidentally left a few things behind, including the key. When I came back the next day, they’d kindly packed everything into a bag for me. Great. And then the vibe did a full 180. The same owner who’d been warm when I checked in suddenly looked at me like I’d dragged a body across the carpet instead of...
