Inside, the villa is fully air-conditioned and designed with easy living in mind. The open-plan living and dining space flows effortlessly onto a large terrace, where al- fresco meals are accompanied by views of the Mediterranean garden and swimming pool. A fully equipped kitchen connects directly to the outdoor dining area, with a electric barbecue ready for long, leisurely lunches. Indoors, you'll find Netflix, fibre-optic Wi-Fi and a Bluetooth speaker for seamless entertainment.


Each of the four main bedrooms is ensuite, with two located on the ground floor for added convenience. Upstairs, one bedroom opens onto a little balcony where you can enjoy a quiet coffee with views over the treetops.

In a residential pocket of the French Riviera hinterland, Villa Chautard is located between the medieval hilltop villages of Tourrettes and Callian. Just 1.5km from Tourrettes and 5km from Callian, guests can easily soak up the region’s timeless charm, whether strolling the cobbled lanes, browsing local artisan shops or dining in atmospheric village restaurants. The most energetic can walk uphill to Tourrettes’ local amenities in around 20 to 30 minutes (or it’s a very short drive), including a café bar, dining spots and occasional cultural events that bring the village square to life.


For everyday convenience, two large supermarkets are just a few minutes’ drive away, while food lovers will delight in the nearby ‘Ferme du Laquet’ (4km), a charming farm shop offering the freshest seasonal produce from within a 15-kilometre radius. Further restaurants, galleries, and village markets await in the neighbouring villages of Fayence, Seillans and Montauroux, each one offering its own distinct character and warmth.
