"We chose an apartment accommodation that has a separate entrance adjacent to the hotel. The apartment was super well appointed, spacious, lots of sunlight from both ends (the floor plan runs from one side to the other of the building), comfortable beds on both rooms, fully equipped kitchen, excellent bathroom with a separate water closed. HVAC unit working perfectly. We were traveling with our 3yo daughter, so having a kitchen to prepare her meals and secondary bedroom, made things a lot easier. The apartment looks like it was renovated recently, since everything is brand new and works as expected. The only con is that, when you choose the apartment you'll only get a side view of the sea from the terrace, apart from that we couldn't be happier with the accommodations. Despite not being in the same building as the hotel, apartment guests have access to all the amenities and facilities of the hotel. We opted for the valet service (€40/day) during our stay that works 24/7, which I recommend for anyone traveling with a car because public parking is not always available. The staff was absolutely stellar. Both gentlemen that worked on the external front desk/valet service were amazing people, very polite, friendly and helpful the whole stay. The reception staff was also very friendly and accommodating. For those who enjoy breakfast with a breathtaking view of the ocean, don't miss the opportunity of visiting the hotel rooftop. Also very amicable and cool staff."

"sse foi o pior hotel em que me hospedei na vida. Só fiquei nele porque seria um transtorno procurar outro hotel de última hora em pleno verão europeu. O hotel é extremamente sujo; nem sequer os banheiros estão limpos. Tenho algumas fotos para que todos fiquem informados antes de se hospedar. A cama do quarto estava toda amassada, e dá a impressão de que o lençol sequer foi limpo ou trocado. A parede do quarto precisa urgentemente de reboco e pintura. Passei por quatro quartos diferentes, e todos estavam sujos. Inclusive, insistiram comigo que o vaso sanitário não estava sujo e que era apenas uma mancha antiga, mas eu mesma limpei para provar que o banheiro realmente estava sujo. Pedi o reembolso de uma última diária nesse hotel e me negaram, mas, sinceramente, preferi perder o valor a voltar a me hospedar lá. A única coisa positiva é a salinha no último andar, onde servem café, biscoitos e água gratuitamente, mas, para mim, a limpeza é o fator mais importante em uma estadia."

"Um hotel de alto nível. Amei o conforto, e o café da manhã é sensacional. A academia também é bastante bem equipada. Gostei da piscina, mas ela poderia ser um pouco mais aquecida e funcionar até mais tarde, principalmente durante o verão europeu. Outra questão que me incomodou foi a dificuldade para reservar uma mesa no restaurante estrelado La Palme d’Or. Pagamos um preço elevado para nos hospedar, portanto merecemos ter acesso a tudo que há de melhor no hotel com prioridade, o que infelizmente não aconteceu durante a minha estadia; não consegui sequer conhecer o restaurante. Fiquei hospedada por 2 dias. Além disso, a fila no check-out foi enorme, e demoraram 3 horas para transportar minhas malas. Grande parte da minha boa avaliação ao hotel, porém, se deve ao atendimento, que é excelente. Gostaria de agradecer em especial ao brasileiro Francisco, pelo atendimento de altíssimo nível, que tornou a minha estadia ainda mais especial."

"Hotel is ok. Location is good. Not excellent. A walk of 15 min to the good area of Cannes. Internet is HORRIBLE. I would great 1/10. Very, very slow. I could not work online. Complained to the front desk. The answer: Hotel is full. Everybody is using the WiFi. Horrible explanation. It is more to a 3 star hotel than a 4 star. And it is not a cheap hotel. "
