"Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus ist etwas älter aber sauber. Als wir Handtücher nachgeordert haben, wurden diese zeitnah zur Verfügung gestellt. Die nähere Umgebung und der Ausblick vom Haus sind phänomenal. Wir würden das Haus erneut buchen."

"Was situated just right to be able to travel around and visit all the must see sites in Connemara. Road was busy at certain times but didnt distract from the peaceful area. Would definitely need a car, but plenty of parking at the house and free parking available at all visitor sites."

"Beautiful, spacious property. Practical Details for Americans: they have a water kettle not a coffee pot, so purchase instant or bag coffee before you come, not beans or ground. They have a washer and dryer. You need to bring pods and be aware, it's a condenser dryer that takes about 2 hours to dry a verysmall load (5-6 items). Be sure to empty the dryer water tank. It's muddy on the property, so bring slippers or alternate shoes plus something to put your shoes in to protect your suitcase....

"Wir genossen den Aufenthalt in einem charmanten Haus mit großem, gepflegten und das Haus perfekt einschließenden Garten. Ein wohltuender Gegensatz zu vielen in der Gegend stehenden Häusern, die zwar neuer waren, jedoch in kahler Umgebung wenig einladend wirkten. Die Lage war perfekt für Ausflüge zu Fuß und mit dem Wagen."

"Loved our country cottage!! Secluded but not too far from our daily activities. Very close to small grocery and gas station. Beds are comfortable with nice linens, all the expected furnishing in the kitchen, loved the wood burning stove (used it nightly). Woke up in the morning to a beautiful white horse outside the kitchen window. Host is very nice and was wonderful to work with."

"Our family of four was surrounded by lush greenery and Irish hillside in an authentic country cottage. We enjoyed watching the sheep roam the yard everyday. The calmness of the place was amazing. We had everything we needed. We were able to grocery shop a few miles away and cook at the cottage to save money for our adventures. Our children played the board games and hiked around the property. "

"We stayed for two nights and had a lovely, peaceful time. The food was delicious, prepared by Joyce, and we got a ton of advice and insight about the area and Ireland in general from Aidan. They were very friendly and welcoming, and the house and grounds are gorgeous and steeped in Irish history. If we ever come back to Tuam, we'd happily stay again!"

"We were in town to see beautiful Westport and visit family in Mayo and Oakleaf was the perfect spot. Spotlessly clean, comfortable en suite bedrooms, kitchen is well appointed, and host Áine is communicative and available for any questions. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!"
