## Emplacement
Tourgéville is a small village in the Pays d'Auge region of Calvados, in the heart of Normandy. Bordering Deauville and overlooking the Channel coast, the commune is located in the district of Lisieux, a few kilometres from Pont-l'Evêque. Once known as Glatigny, Tourgéville has been inhabited since Gallo-Roman times, and has grown over the centuries in the shadow of Deauville and its famous boardwalk.
