The Space:
In Toulouse, in the heart of the Carmes district, very pleasant T2 bis Loft-type apartment renovated, very bright and carefully decorated.
Stay at home! Our accommodation is not a hotel but an apartment with character designed to offer you a great experience:
- Beautiful bright apartment of 80 m2, overlooking a courtyard (so quiet) and with a view of the roofs of Toulouse.
- Located on the 3rd and last floor (no elevator) of an old building in the heart of the Carmes district.
- Fully equipped, sheets and towels will be provided.
- At the foot of the building, all amenities are easily accessible.
Housing, in more detail:
You will appreciate my accommodation for its location, its decoration and its character, it can accommodate up to 4 people who know each other well :)
To make the most of your stay, you will have at your disposal:
- A friendly living-dining room with table and chairs, sofa, armchairs, coffee table, 55'' 4k connected television with Netflix access included in the Living Room and 8K Netflix TV included in the bedroom... like at the cinema, Freebox TV…, high-speed wifi (400 Mb/s fiber), triple air conditioning and Velux window for beautiful light.
- A fully equipped kitchen with an American fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, electric kettle, toaster, kitchen utensils, set of pots and pans and a real bar à Café to taste different flavors of caffeine: Expresso Barista Max by Breville for your espresso or Americano, Dripper V60, for a mild and aromatic coffee, Grinder TimeMore, brewista kettle for induction, scales, filters. Coffee maker with integrated grinder, and of course a Nespresso capsule machine…. Coffee is not provided.
- A large bedroom with Queen Size bed, large closets, a connected Qlek 65" 8k TV (Netflix included), a small desk and air conditioning.
- A neat bathroom with a large walk-in shower, a large double sink and storage space.

Guest Access:
You will be able to enjoy the entire accommodation for the duration of your stay.
To help you get your stay off to a good start, we will provide you with the essentials for your first night (soap, toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, etc.).
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor without elevator.
The Neighborhood:
In the heart of Toulouse, a small village in the heart of the big city, the Carmes district is organized around a very lively and colorful market, the most important in Toulouse. the Carmes district is attractive for its calm, which contrasts with the effervescence of the neighboring axes. Beautiful mansions and old mansions conceal cachet apartments. The district revolves around the covered market on the Place des Carmes, a formidable asset that offers its inhabitants fresh and varied products almost every day of the year: greengrocers, bakers, pork butchers, butchers, caterers, fishmongers and wine merchants. are there every morning from Tuesday to Sunday.

Nous sommes disponible pour nos Voyageurs tous les jours, de 10h à 19h (nous ne sommes pas joignable entre 19h et 10h, car nous aussi, nous aimons nous reposer un peu).
Nous faisons toujours notre mieux pour vous satisfaire, et si parfois (rarement !), il nous arrive de ne pas être au niveau de vos attentes, nous serons ravis de vous écouter et apprendre :)
Pour préparer au mieux votre séjour, il vous sera demandé de compléter un enregistrement en ligne (via une plateforme de notre choix) : seules les informations essentielles sont collectées en parfaite conformité avec les règles du RGPD. Nous vous demanderons notamment vos pièces d'identité, la signature du contrat de location (ceci en raison de l'obligation légale en France de disposer de Fiche de Police et d'un Contrat écrit) et l'empreinte de dépôt de garantie par carte bancaire exlusivement (montant confirmé dans conditions et sous l'onglet de paiement). Cette étape est nécéssaire, sans quoi, vous n'aurez pas accès aux instructions essentielles pour votre séjour. Merci :)
