I reserved a hotel room through Expedia, and tried to cancel many times when it was evident I couldn’t travel due to Covid. Expedia said they would dedicate a person or people to get me a refund at this hotel and another in Toulouse that were closed or at least not responding. I have used Expedia for many trips because of the convenience of one stop shopping. Never again. I feel like I am speaking to a black hole. The Toulouse airport Hampton Inn is part of the Hilton Chain. Why is this so complicated? Between these two hotels I have lost many hundreds of dollars.
