Villa Anna right by the lake

The unique location of Villa Anna will allow you to have a very cosy contact with the lake; in fact, you will feel as if you are living on board a ship. Designed and built in 1961 by architect Paolo Dabbeni, the villa is characterised by a modern and very distinctive architectural design; it has a large private dock and a terrace from where you can admire the lake and Mount Baldo while dining or simply having a coffee.
You will have a unique opportunity to jump off from the private dock into the crystal-clear waters and enjoy a stand-up paddle you will find in the house.
Just a few minutes by car you can reach a lakeside of Toscolano Maderno, paper museum and Botanical garden.

Cleaning procedure: we sanitise the entire house with PMC (Presidio Medico Chirurgico) brand products, the only ones approved to kill bacteria/viruses.
In addition, upon request, we can carry out an ozone treatment, one of the world's best odour removers and non-chemical sanitisers. This machine can deeply purify an environment, even all fabrics, mattresses, pillows, etc. It eliminates all bacteria and viruses that a previous host may have left behind. The additional cost for this treatment is calculated on request.
