The apartment opens onto a bright living area, made warm and cozy by the wooden floor.

The spacious open space is furnished with a leather double sofa bed facing the wall unit, where a TV is placed. Behind the sofa there is a dining table and a modern open-plan kitchen, fitted with all amenities such as the oven, the dishwasher and the american coffee machine. A French window leads to the balcony furnished with a small table.

The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms: the main one comes with a queen-size bed and a wardrobe, while the second one is fitted with two single beds, a large wardrobe and a desk, perfect for hosting children.

A bathroom decorated with mosaic tiles and equipped with a shower completes the accommodation.



*A common pool is located in the outdoor area of the building and is open from the 1st of May to the 30th of September.



Guests can use a garage within the property (measures 6 x 2.30 m height 1.80 m).

Toscolano and Maderno, both the homeland of fishermen and famous for its paper mills, offer two welcoming gulfs ideal for lovers of sailing, fishing and all water sports, without forgetting walks in the hills and mountains.

Maderno praises a large and well-served beach that organizes parties and events, on the lakefront in the large green area of the former Equestrian Field, such as regattas and trophies with music and dances of all kinds. Toscolano is famous for its large campsites close to the beach and the famous Thursday morning market, where guests can participate in tastings of typical local products such as Garda DOP olive oil and its wines. Not to be missed in Toscolano, the Museum of Paper, which is located in the beautiful “Valle delle Cartiere”, therefore an opportunity to make a cultural visit also a naturalistic excursion.
