Guests have access to a large shared garden with a playground, perfect for families. A private parking space is available for your use, located outside the building.

The apartment is strategically located in Toscolano Maderno, one of the most charming towns on Lake Garda. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find bars, restaurants, supermarkets, and wineries selling wine and local specialties directly to the public.
