Welcome to Villa Aurora, a cozy and recently renovated holiday home in a quiet, peaceful area of Tortolì. Spread over three levels, it offers spacious indoor and outdoor areas, perfect for families and groups.



The house features 2 spacious and comfortable double bedrooms, plus a room with bunk beds ideal for children. On the ground floor, there is a convenient double sofa bed for extra guests. There are 3 full bathrooms, one on each floor, each with a toilet, bidet, and shower.



The fully equipped kitchen includes a coffee machine with a small welcome supply. Each floor is air-conditioned with heat pumps, and free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. A large TV is on the ground floor and each double bedroom has its own TV.



Outside, you will find a small private courtyard with an outdoor dining area, barbecue, comfortable outdoor sofas, and a washing machine. The front yard offers secure entry with an automatic gate, private parking, and a small relaxation corner with sofa and armchairs. Street parking is also available nearby.



The property is close to the beach, perfect for enjoying the beautiful Sardinian coast.



Cleaning service is available during your stay for an extra fee. Events are not allowed. Pets are not permitted: dogs and other animals are not allowed.



The property is set over several levels with internal stairs, so it is not recommended for young children. The property is not responsible for any accidents due to the presence of stairs.
