A cozy and bright vacation home located in the heart of Tortolì, just a short walk from the main amenities, shops, and nightlife spots. The apartment, located on the second floor and accessible by elevator, features spacious and well-furnished rooms with handcrafted details that evoke Sardinian tradition.
The living area is a large, open, and bright space, furnished with a comfortable sofa, an armchair, and a colorful bookcase that adds character to the room. The wooden dining table and the fully equipped kitchenette—complete with an oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, and kitchen utensils—make the apartment perfect even for longer stays. The kitchen opens onto the balcony, which overlooks the town’s main street.
The master bedroom is spacious and decorated in light tones with traditional local fabrics. The white wrought-iron bed and the large window help create a serene and airy atmosphere. The equally spacious bathroom features a bathtub, sink, bidet, and a laundry area with a washer and dryer. The bathroom is windowless and does not have direct ventilation. Free Wi-Fi and free parking in the public areas in front of the house round out the amenities.
The house is located about 1 km from the port of Arbatax and 1.5 km from the main beaches in the area. Supermarkets, shops, and restaurants are a short distance away. The most famous natural attractions, such as the Domus de Janas and the Gorroppu Gorge, are easily accessible by car.
A security deposit of €200 is required, which will be refunded at the end of your stay after the condition of the property has been inspected.
