"It’s a very tranquil spot. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect location for our needs. The view from our cabin was spectacular, wonderful sunsets. The Retreat is Family oriented, and every cabin area is private, with a delightful community area if you so choose, we only had bikes as our mode of transport but everything is close by, our bikes were even dropped off and picked up via a nearby vendor. "We wanted a restful 2 week holiday which is what we got. The kitchen equipment was simple to use, with Guernsey butter, guernsey gache and milk to get us settled. We had a mid stay clean and change of sheets and towels which was very nice. The number 11 bus stops right outside to go to town if a break is needed from the narrow roads, and it is inexpensive. "This was the perfect little apartment for the two of us for our four day stay in the Saint Andrew area of Guernsey Island. We had everything we needed and looked forward to coming back to the apartment each day after a busy day of sightseeing.
