The apartment features a fresh, modern design and comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests. Although located on the first floor, it is highly accessible: there are only 10 steps at the entrance, and a ramp is available for wheelchairs and strollers.

-Master Bedroom: Features two comfortable single beds pushed together, a Smart TV, air conditioning (heating/cooling), and direct access to the terrace.

-Second Bedroom: Includes two single beds pushed together, a ceiling fan, and a floor lamp. (Note: This room has no exterior window but features an upper-level screen/grille connecting to the living room, allowing light and air to circulate).

-Modern Bathroom: A full bathroom with a spacious glass-enclosed shower (featuring a rainfall showerhead), an illuminated mirror, a hairdryer, and a 7 kg washing machine.

-Living-Dining Area: A cozy space with a comfortable sofa (extendable for extra comfort), a dining table, and air conditioning. It includes a Smart TV (internet-enabled so you can use your own Netflix, Disney+, Prime Video, etc., accounts).

-Equipped Kitchen: An easily accessible, separate kitchen with everything you need: dishwasher, oven, microwave, ceramic cooktop, fridge-freezer, toaster, and two coffee makers (one Nespresso pod machine and one filter coffee maker).

-Terrace: The private balcony-terrace is covered and enclosed with retractable glass curtains (Lumon system). It is furnished and offers wonderful views of the sea and the communal areas.

Important note: Mobile network coverage in the area is not very good. We highly recommend downloading offline maps in advance to ensure a smooth arrival.
the complex does not have private parking, so you will need to park outside the complex and cross the street.

Self Check-in: Accessing the apartment is incredibly easy thanks to a digital keypad lock and a key lockbox for exterior entry.

Direct beach access! The building features a private tunnel that leads straight to the sand, where you’ll also find a shower.

Parking: There is public parking outside the building, and finding a spot is easy.

Torrox is known for having "the best climate in Europe." During your stay, you shouldn't miss:

Torrox Lighthouse and Viewing Deck: A spectacular seafront promenade—located just minutes away—that is perfect for a sunset stroll.

Roman Archaeological Site: Right next to the lighthouse, you can visit fascinating Roman ruins, including ancient thermal baths and a fish-salting factory.

Torrox Pueblo: Just a 10-minute drive or bus ride up into the mountains, you will discover an authentic Andalusian "white village." Its Plaza de la Constitución—adorned with hundreds of colorful umbrellas in the summer—is the perfect spot to enjoy some tapas.

Nerja and Frigiliana: About 15 minutes away, you can visit the famous Nerja Caves, the Balcón de Europa, and Frigiliana, which is considered one of the most beautiful villages in Spain.

From Málaga Airport (AGP): You can take a commuter train or an express bus to the main bus station in Málaga city. From there, the bus company ALSA operates frequent direct services to Nerja/Cuevas de Nerja that stop at Torrox Costa.

Direct ALSA Bus (Airport): During the season, there are direct ALSA routes connecting Málaga Airport to Torrox Costa (the journey takes approximately one hour and fifteen minutes).

Local Transport: Once in Torrox Costa, there are local bus stops along the main road (N-340) providing a quick and very affordable connection between the beach area and Torrox Pueblo.

Legal Registration: Mandatory for guests aged 14 and older (Order INT/321/2021). Access will be denied if online registration is not completed.
Quiet Hours and Noise: Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM. The apartment is equipped with a noise sensor. Exceeding 75 dB or tampering with the device will result in immediate cancellation without a refund.
No Smoking: Smoking is prohibited both inside the apartment and in the building's common areas.
Cleaning: Dishes must be left clean, and trash must be taken out of the building upon departure.
Pets: Pets are not allowed.
Visitors: Access is prohibited for anyone not included in the reservation.
