The balcony, with views of the complex's garden and the sea, is generously glazed with folding windows, allowing you to enjoy a wind-protected conservatory or to fully open the glass as you wish. The apartment is efficiently heated by air conditioning, and the modern shower room has a heated fan.



The apartment is very well equipped, including electric shutters on all windows, washer-dryer, satellite TV with German channels, a music station (CD/radio/iPod), and a fully equipped kitchen with microwave and dishwasher. High-speed Internet access is also provided. The promenade, with numerous bars and restaurants, is just a few meters away. Nearby you will find a medical center, various shops, a laundromat, hairdresser, and other services.

The apartment is non-smoking and is located on the second floor of a nine-story building. There are two elevators and a ramp for access, making the accommodation accessible for people with reduced mobility. Electric wheelchairs can be parked in the entrance area of the building. There are tennis courts in the complex, which you may use free of charge after registration. The communal pool is only open in summer (from June 1 to September 30). Free street parking is available. You may bring a small dog upon request and for an additional fee. Please note that there may be government regulations regarding water usage at certain times.
