Montgo 2: Modern villa with private pool

Villa Montgó is completely renovated in 2023 and is tastefully designed, modern and spacious.

Outside the accommodation stands out its private salt pool and a large patio with stones that surrounds the house, with a wide variety of outdoor furniture that will make your stay very comfortable, and where the children can play freely, while you prepare the BBQ and enjoy food on the rustically decorated porch with friends. Also in the villa you will find free Wi-Fi, TV with the option to connect to the internet and follow all your favorite programs, air conditioning only in the living room and private outdoor parking for 3 cars inside the property. All this will allow you to spend your time comfortably with your family.

This modern villa is located in a paradisiacal area of l'Escala, just 1 minute walk from Cala Montgó. Montgó offers a variety of restaurants and just 1 minute away you will find a supermarket.

Also near the villa you can find the Montgrí Natural Park that will allow you to enjoy magnificent walks or bicycle routes in a pine forest.

On the ground floor there is a living-dining room with a separate kitchen, 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower. It also has a closed space to store bicycles or surfboards…



In total the house can sleep 4 people.



Check in: from 5PM to 8PM from Monday to Saturday. To check in on Sunday or on bank holidays contact the agency. The key collection site: the agency. A security deposit will be paid by card upon arrival (€ 400) and will be returned within the next 7 days after departure.

Bed linen is included in the price of the final cleaning.

Mandatory services: City tax (over 16 years old). Towels (€ 11.90 per booking including a bath towel for each guest, a hand towel and a bath mat for each bathroom), final cleaning (the cost depends on the accommodation).

Optional services: pool towel, cot, high chair, late check-in from 20:00.
