SITUATION:



- A 4 Km. from the beach of Estartit and the city center the complex is surrounded by nature with wonderful views of Estartit and Baix Empordà.



COMPOSITION:



- Residential complex located in the Torrevieja urbanization, halfway between the sea and the mountains. The Club Torre Vella apartments have a capacity of 2/4 places and 6/8 places.

- Apartments with capacity for 6/8 people, have: Living-dining room with double sofa bed, 1 double bedroom with double bed, 1 room with 2 beds and 1 room with trunk beds, full bathroom, open kitchen equipped with microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker. All with TV. with flat screen. Furnished open terrace.



AMENITIES:



- Garden area, bar and restaurant in the same complex (not included in the price), small playground by the pool (adults and children) which enjoys spectacular views.

- Being located in an urbanization, the car is essential, as the area does not have regular urban transport. At the entrance of the urbanization you will find a large supermarket where you can buy everything you need during your vacation. At 4 Km. you will find all kinds of

For cases where we cannot have the client's email at the time of booking, the client must contact us at least 15 days before arrival at a contact email: to be able to directly manage the check-in. The client will be responsible if he cannot check in correctly on the day of arrival and we will not accept claims in this regard.



If the client does not contact within 14 days before arrival, the check-in cannot be guaranteed. The client will be solely responsible and we will not accept claims in this regard. Without news before the day of arrival, the reservation will be canceled as no show and with 100% expenses
